THE SUPREME COURT DECLARED THIRD GENDER FOR NEUTRALS AS TRANSGENDERS

This article is all about the latest verdict of the SUPREME COURT in providing the services and rights to the third category KINNARS in India.

Highest Court of the country THE SUPREME COURT has declared that NEUTRALS OR KINNARS OR TRANSGENDERS will get a THIRD CATEGORY GENDER .They will get all the facilities of state and central government too.In all the government forms there will be three options for the category of sex - MALE , FEMALE and TRANSGENDER .

By this verdict of Supreme Court , INDIA will become first country to have this historical verdict in the world.All state governments of the country will have to follow this rule for the third gender.

According to Supreme Court -"These are the backward gender class in the country in all respects i.e.- education , tradition , socialism etc.

Now onwards KINNARS will have a their separate gender category in all the forms like passport application form , voter id , UID etc.They will have their identity too.

According to Supreme Court -" KINNARS are exploited sexually if they are put into any department with males and females do not allow them with them in any sector" , that is the reason that Supreme Court gave such a big and historical verdict in favour of KINNARS.
